
Judge Justin Yeo is the Executive Director of the Singapore Judicial College. He concurrently discharges judicial duties as a District Judge in the Singapore State Courts. He graduated as the valedictorian from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and holds a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School.
He has served as Justices’ Law Clerk, Senior Justices’ Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court of Singapore. He was a pioneering registrar of the Singapore International Commercial Court, and one of four inaugural Deputy Divisional Registrars of both the Court of Appeal and the Appellate Division of the High Court.
Outside the judiciary, he has served as the Singapore Ministry of Law’s Counsel for Parliamentary Affairs and was recognised as the “Most Outstanding Adjunct” faculty member of the Singapore Management University’s Yong Pung How School of Law. He sits on the advisory board of the Commonwealth Judicial Education Institute and is a Fellow of that Institute.
