Amendment No. 1 of 2023

Amendments have been made to Parts II and VIII and Appendix B of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions. The amendments are summarised below:

a) amendments to paragraph 11, on communications with the SICC Registry;
b) amendments to paragraph 15, on urgent applications after office hours, on weekends and public holidays;
c) amendments to paragraph 22, on filing directions to Accountant-General for payment into and out of Court;
d) amendments to paragraph 44, on documents which must be filed, served, delivered or otherwise conveyed to the Registrar; and
e) amendments to Form 2A of Appendix B, on request for interpretation services.

2     The amendments will take effect on 6 March 2023 and will be reflected at https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/news-and-resources/sicc-practice-directions from 6 March 2023.
