Who can apply for Certificates of Good Standing

All individuals who had been admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and who are on the roll of advocates and solicitors of the Supreme Court of Singapore can apply for a Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Supreme Court.

How to apply to the Supreme Court

You can file the request online via eLitigation if you have access to it.

If you do not have online access to eLitigation, you can file the request in person at the LawNet & CrimsonLogic Service Bureau.

All requests are subject to the approval of the Registrar and the payment of the applicable fees.

Note: Foreign lawyers currently or previously registered with the Legal Services Regulatory Authority (LSRA) or the Attorney-General's Chambers' Legal Profession Secretariat (prior to 18 November 2015) may apply to the LSRA for a Certificate of Good Standing.
