The Family Justice Courts (FJC) have 2 locations for different types of applications and services:

FJC @ Havelock Square

  • Maintenance.
  • Maintenance mediation.
  • Protection orders against family violence or for vulnerable adults.
  • Divorce.
  • Youth arrest, family guidance and care and protection orders.
  • Guardianship.
  • International child abduction.
  • Syariah Court orders.
  • Commissioner for Oaths services.
  • Cashier services.

FJC @ Maxwell Road

  • Probate.
  • Deputyship (Mental Capacity Act).
  • Adoption.
  • Mediation and counselling.
