The Family Justice Courts (FJC) have 2 locations for different types of applications and services:

FJC @ Havelock Square

  • Probate.
  • Deputyship (Mental Capacity Act).

Divorce Registry at Havelock Square

The physical counter is closed.

Counter services for case-specific enquiries or for the collection of documents (such as certified true copies, grounds of decision and notes of evidence) are available remotely during the following hours on Monday to Friday:

  • 9.30am to 12.00pm
  • 2.00pm to 4.30pm
