Community Justice and Tribunals System (CJTS)
What is the Community Justice and Tribunals System
The Community Justice and Tribunals System (CJTS) is an online platform for parties to file and manage their cases in any of the following:
- Small Claims Tribunals (SCT).
- Employment Claims Tribunals (ECT).
- Community Disputes Resolution Tribunals (CDRT).
- Protection from Harassment Court (PHC) (simplified proceedings).
You can use CJTS to:
Take a pre-filing assessment | Answer a series of questions to determine if your dispute can be filed in the tribunal or court. |
File a claim or other applications and documents | Use a guided online form to file a claim, counterclaim, response or other applications. You can also submit supporting documents or attachments. |
Select or change a court date | After your claim is accepted, you can select your preferred date and time to attend court. You can also file a request to change a court date. |
View case details and monitor developments | View the details of your case, including the:
The court will contact you through CJTS if there are any updates. You can also view documents submitted by the other party. |
Settle your dispute online | Before going to court, you can negotiate or mediate your dispute online through CJTS. Find out more about eNegotiation and eMediation. |
Note: The examples in this table are not exhaustive.
If there are updates from the court or requests from the other party, you will receive a notification from CJTS via SMS or email.
How to access
For individuals and business entities, log in to CJTS using your Singpass.
Note
For business entities, you need to have a registered Corppass before you can log in to CJTS using your Singpass. For more information on Corppass, refer to the Corppass website.
If you are not eligible for Singpass or Corppass, you may apply for a CJTS Pass.
How to pay
You can pay for applications in CJTS via one of the following ways:
- Online: Via credit card or eNETS.
- Offline: Click Pay Later and then Generate Payment Advice.
- Bring the payment advice to the State Courts during the operating hours and pay at any of the payment kiosks at Level 2, 4 or 7. You can pay by cash, NETS, NETS FlashPay or credit cards excluding AMEX.
