Use a guided online form to file a claim, counterclaim, response or other applications.

You can also submit supporting documents or attachments.

Select or change a court date

After your claim is accepted, you can select your preferred date and time to attend court.

You can also file a request to change a court date.

View the details of your case, including the:

  • Case number
  • Date and venue of your next court event.

The court will contact you through CJTS if there are any updates. You can also view documents submitted by the other party.
