Amendment No. 3 of 2025 (Practice Directions 2013)

It is hereby notified that amendments have been made to Parts II and XIII and Appendix H of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

(1) amendments to paragraph 26 on Filing directions to the Accountant-General for payment into and out of Court;

(2) amendments to paragraph 101 on Establishment of Electronic Filing Service and appointment of electronic filing service provider;

(3) amendments to paragraph 102 on Appointment of agent to establish service bureau; and

(4) amendments to Appendix H (Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Senior Assistant Registrars, Divisional Registrars and Deputy Divisional Registrars).

2    The amendments mentioned in paragraphs 1(1), 1(2) and 1(3) will take effect on 1 January 2026. The amendments to Appendix H mentioned in paragraph 1(4) concerning the appointment took effect on 1 October 2025. The amendments to Appendix H mentioned in paragraph 1(4) concerning the cessation of appointment took effect on 1 November 2025. All the amendments mentioned in paragraph 1 will be reflected at https://epd2013-supremecourt.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 1 January 2026.
