Amendment No. 2 of 2026 (Practice Directions 2013)

Amendments have been made to Part II and Appendix A of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013.

It is hereby notified that amendments have been made to Part II and Appendix A of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

(1) amendments to paragraph 14 on Absence from Court on medical grounds; and

(2) deletion of Form 1 (Specimen Government Medical Certificate) under Appendix A.

2 The amendments will take effect on 1 June 2026 and will be reflected at https://epd2013supremecourt.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 1 June 2026.

3 Please find attached a document reflecting the marked-up amendments to the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013.
