Amendment No. 2 of 2024 (Practice Directions 2013)

It is notified that amendments have been made to Part II and Appendix H of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

(1)   amendments to paragraph 21 on Production of record of hearing;

(2)   amendments to paragraph 27 on Requests and other Correspondence;

(3)   amendments to Appendix H: Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Senior Assistant Registrars, Divisional Registrars and Deputy Divisional Registrars.

2     The amendments will take effect on 1 November 2024 and will be reflected at https://epd2013-supremecourt.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 1 November 2024.

3     Please find attached a document reflecting the marked-up amendments to the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013.
