Amendment No. 2 of 2022 (Practice Directions 2013)

Amendment No. 2 of 2022 of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013 contains amendments to arts XI, XIII and XIV and Appendix H of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

1. introduction of new paragraph 85C on Applications that may be made either to
   the General Division or an appellate Court;
2. amendments to paragraph 102 on Appointment of agent to establish service
   bureau;
3. amendments to paragraph 104 on Documents which must be filed, served,
   delivered or otherwise conveyed using the Electronic Filing Service;
4. amendments to paragraph 109 on Filing of documents to the Supreme Court
   through another service bureau;
5. amendments to paragraph 116 on Application;
6. amendments to paragraph 117 on Hard copies of documents;
7. amendments to paragraph 119 on Filing fees; and
8. amendments to Appendix H: Registrar, Deputy Registrar, Divisional and Deputy
   Divisional Registrars, and Senior Assistant Registrars.

The amendments will take effect on 1 August 2022 and will be reflected at https://epd.supremecourt.gov.sg/ from 1 August 2022.
