Amendment No. 1 of 2026 (Practice Directions 2013)

Amendments have been made to Part IV of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013

It is hereby notified that amendments have been made to Part IV of the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013. The amendments are summarised below:

(1) amendments to paragraph 42 on Mareva injunctions and search orders.

2 The amendments will take effect on 1 April 2026 and will be reflected at https://epd2013-supremecourt.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 1 April 2026.

3 Please find attached a document reflecting the marked-up amendments to the Supreme Court Practice Directions 2013.
