Amendment No. 1 of 2020

Amendment No. 1 of 2020 of the Singapore International Commercial Court Practice Directions contains amendments to Parts XIII and XVIII. The amendments are summarised below:

a) amendment to paragraph 89, on expert evidence at trial;
b) amendment to the heading of Part XVIII; and
c) the introduction of a new paragraph 111A, on giving of evidence by person outside Singapore through live video or live television link in any proceedings.

The amendments take effect on 20 July 2020.
