What is the Litigant Portal

The Litigant Portal is a digital platform for Self Represented Persons (SRPs) to look up their cases, view upcoming hearing dates, access filed documents, and perform simple filings such as Notice of Intention to Contest or Not Contest, and other hearing related requests.

How to access

Retrieve case information and view your case documents

1. Launch E-Platform and login via Singpass. If it is your first time using the services portal, you will be asked to create a new account/profile.

2. After logging in, select “Litigant Portal”.

3. On the landing page, select “Find My Case” at the top right of the page.

4. Enter your court case number. For security purposes, the system will check if your FIN/NRIC number is properly associated with the case file, before making the case file available for viewing.

5. Once your case is added, you may view the information. Select the “Documents” tab to view documents that have been issued or accepted by the court.

6. You may also “File a New Document”. The following documents may be filed via the Litigant Portal:

  • Notice of Intention to Contest or Not Contest Claim (for Originating Claims).
  • Other hearing related requests.
