Registrar's Circular No. 3 2022

Justice Philip Antony Jeyaretnam, Judge of the High Court, will be appointed as President of the Singapore International Commercial Court with effect from 2 January 2023, pursuant to section 18B(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969.
