Registrar's Circular No. 2 of 2026

The Family Justice Courts Therapeutic Justice Model (“TJ Model”) was originally issued on 21 October 2024, under Registrar’s Circular No. 2 of 2024, to further integrate Therapeutic Justice (“TJ”) into our family justice system.

2 The TJ Model has been updated to incorporate refinements to paragraphs 5, 9, 22 and 23, as well as certain editorial changes.

3 The updated TJ Model applies with immediate effect to all matrimonial applications commenced under Part 10 of the Women’s Charter 1961. It is to be read together with Part IIIA of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions 2015 and Part 7I of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions 2024, and may be downloaded from the Singapore Courts Internet website at https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/who-we-are/therapeutic-justice.
