Presiding judge of the State Courts

Pursuant to section 8A of the State Courts Act 1970, the President of the Republic of Singapore has appointed Justice Tan Pheng Wee, Christopher as the Presiding Judge of the State Courts from 1 January 2026 until 31 December 2028 (both dates inclusive).
