Sunsetting of Registrar’s Circular No. 6 of 1999

Registrar’s Circular No. 6 of 1999, which concerns the submission of a notification form by solicitors appearing for a party for any specified hearing, will cease to apply with immediate effect.

2 To avoid doubt, the information previously provided through the submission of the notification form may still be required by the Court and submitted to the Court as necessary, by other modes not expressly prescribed by Registrar’s Circular.
