Registrar's Circular No. 7 2023

        Pursuant to section 8A of the State Courts Act 1970, the President of the Republic of Singapore has appointed Justice Hoong Seng Lei Vincent as the Presiding Judge of the State Courts from 1 April 2023 to 11 April 2025.
