Registrar's Circular No. 5 2020

Updates on measures relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) for the period from 5 May 2020 to 1 June 2020.

On 21 April 2020, the Ministry of Health issued a press release entitled “Strong National Push to Stem Spread of COVID-19” announcing the extension of the circuit breaker period to further reduce transmission of COVID-19. In view of this press release, the Relevant Period mentioned in Registrar’s Circular No. 4 of 2020 will be extended by 4 weeks until (and inclusive of) 1 June 2020. For the avoidance of doubt, Registrar’s Circular No. 4 of 2020 will continue to apply during the entire extension of the Relevant Period.
