if the proceedings are conducted solely through the live video or live television link and do not take place in any Courtroom:
a Judge need not wear a robe when hearing the proceedings; and
an advocate and solicitor need not wear a gown when appearing in the proceedings in the Family Division of the High Court; but
if one or more Judges hear the proceedings in a Courtroom, unless the Court directs otherwise, every Judge or advocate and solicitor (in the Family Division of the High Court) in the proceedings will wear the usual attire for open Court proceedings.
2This direction will apply with effect from 13 July 2020.
