Registrar's Circular No. 4 2022

The State Courts' mid-year hearing break will be from Monday, 6 June 2022, to Friday, 10 June 2022, and the year-end hearing break will be from Monday, 5 December 2022, to Friday, 9 December 2022.

It is hereby notified for general information that the Presiding Judge of the State Courts has directed as follows:

(a) the mid-year hearing break will start on Monday, 6 June 2022, and end on Friday, 10 June 2022; and
(b) the year-end hearing break will start on Monday, 5 December 2022, and end on Friday, 9 December 2022.

During the hearing breaks, essential services (e.g, mentions courts and duty chambers) will remain operational. Urgent matters will continue to be heard during the hearing breaks, and parties involved in such cases will be separately notified.

Parties may email the State Courts Registry at contact@statecourts.gov.sg on any urgent queries, with the email subject stating the relevant details such as “[Case Number][Case Name]”, as may be applicable. Alternatively, parties may call the State Courts general enquiry hotline at 1800-5878423 or 6587 8423.
