Registrar's Circular No. 14 2020
It is hereby notified for general information that for open Court proceedings in the State Courts, a judge hearing the proceedings from outside the Courtroom through a live video or live television link need not wear a robe during the proceedings.
2 This direction will apply with effect from 13 July 2020.
