Registrar's Circular No. 11 2020

Appointment of President and other Judges of the Appellate Division of the High Court.

Justice Belinda Ang Saw Ean will be appointed as a Judge of the Appellate Division with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to Article 95(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore as in force on 2 January 2021, and as President of the Appellate Division of the High Court with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to section 30(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act as in force on 2 January 2021.

2 Justice Woo Bih Li and Justice Quentin Loh Sze-On will also be appointed as Judges of the Appellate Division with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to Article 95(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore as in force on 2 January 2021.
