Registrar's Circular No. 10 2020

Re-appointment of Vice-President of the Court of Appeal and Re-designation of Judges of Appeal.

Justice Andrew Phang Boon Leong, who will hold office as a Justice of the Court of Appeal with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to Article 166(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore as in force on 2 January 2021, will be re-appointed as Vice-President of the Court of Appeal with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to section 48(1) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act as in force on 2 January 2021.

2 Justice Judith Prakash, Justice Tay Yong Kwang and Justice Steven Chong Horng Siong will also hold offices as Justices of the Court of Appeal with effect from 2 January 2021, pursuant to Article 166(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore as in force on 2 January 2021.
