Amendment No. 4 of 2026 (Practice Directions 2024)

1. It is notified for general information that amendments have been made to Part 27 (Applicability of Court Forms) and Appendix A (Forms for Use in Family Justice (General) Rules 2024) of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions 2024. The amendments are summarised below:

(a) Amendments to paragraph 247 on Table of Forms;

(b) Insertion of Form 15A (First Ancillary Affidavit (Divorce / Judicial Separation / Nullity granted by the Family Justice Courts)) in Appendix A;

(c) Insertion of Form 15B (First Ancillary Affidavit (Dissolution of Marriage granted by a Foreign Court)) in Appendix A; and

(d) Insertion of Form 15C (First Ancillary Affidavit (Divorce / Nullity granted by the Singapore Syariah Court)) in Appendix A.

2. Form 15A, Form 15B and Form 15C collectively comprise the existing First Ancillary Affidavit in Form 15, with no change being made to the requirements in that Form. The insertion of Form 15A, Form 15B and Form 15C provides a template in prose form, which may be uploaded directly to the eLitigation system in portable document format (PDF) by a party. 

3. The amendments will take effect on 28 September 2026 and will be reflected at https://epd2024-familyjusticecourts.judiciary.gov.sg from 28 September 2026.
