Amendment No. 2 of 2021

With effect from 1 April 2021, the State Courts Practice Directions will be amended —

by inserting, immediately after Practice Direction 144, the following new Practice Direction 145 in a new Part XXIII:

These amendments introduce a new Part XXIII and Practice Direction 145 on Reference to Actuarial Tables for the Assessment of Damages in Personal Injury and Death Claims.
