Amendment No. 1 of 2026 (Practice Directions 2014)

It is hereby notified for general information that amendments have been made to Part XIII of the State Courts Practice Directions 2014. The amendments are summarised below:

(1)  amendments to Practice Direction 81 on Establishment of Electronic Filing Service and appointment of network service provider; and

(2)  amendments to Practice Direction 82 on Appointment of agent to establish service bureau.

2    The amendments will take effect on 19 January 2026 and will be reflected at https://epd2014-statecourts.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 19 January 2026.
