Amendment No. 5 of 2023 (Practice Directions 2014)

Amendments have been made to Part II, Practice Direction 17 of the State Courts Practice Directions 2014 on Access to case file, inspection and taking copies of documents and conducting searches.

2 The amendments will take effect on 1 December 2023 and will be reflected at https://epd2014-statecourts.judiciary.gov.sg/ from 1 December 2023.

3 Please find attached a document reflecting the marked-up amendments to the Practice Directions 2014.
