Enhancements to eLitigation Helpdesk and Service Bureau

To further improve our support for court users, the Judiciary will be transitioning its eLitigation Helpdesk and Service Bureau operations to Toppan Ecquaria (TECQ) starting from March 2026.

We are pleased to share that this transition includes extended operating hours at our physical counters to better support your filing needs.

Enhanced Service Hours (Effective 2 April 2026)

We are extending our daily service windows. The Service Bureaus will now remain open until 1:00pm before the lunch break and offer later closing times.

Changes to Service Scope

From 2 April 2026, the Court Service Bureaus will focus exclusively on eLitigation filing and Cause Book Searches.
If you require services for PSS-INLIS, InteReq, or BizNet, these will no longer be available at the Court counters. You may continue to access these services at the CrimsonLogic Service Bureau located at 7 Keppel Road, Tanjong Pagar Complex, #02-01, Singapore 089053.

Note on Payments: Cash, NETS, PayNow and credit card (Mastercard or Visa) are accepted at the counters.
