File a Notice of Appeal and Certificate for Security for Costs to appeal against a decision by a Family Courts judge. (Form 165 and 166 of the Family Justice Courts Practice Directions)
If your appeal does not require security for costs, you need to file a Notice of Appeal (Form 165, Family Justice Courts Practice Directions).
If your appeal requires security for costs, you need to file both a Notice of Appeal (Form 165, Family Justice Courts Practice Directions) and a Certificate for Security for Costs (Form 166, Family Justice Courts Practice Directions).
